Return and Exchanges Policy

At Style Quarters, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless. We offer easy exchanges for both sizes and styles, as well as the option to receive a credit note valid for future purchases up to 6 months. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps outlined below.

How to Start a Return

1. Enter your order number and either your email address or phone number on our returns page at www.bohebyneetu.com.
2. Follow the instructions provided to select the items you wish to return.
3. Once your return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once the reverse pickup is scheduled. 5. A member of our Customer Care team will assist you with your exchange request within 48 to 72 hours after submission

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

1.You can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. However, the request for an exchange or credit note must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible.
2.Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
3.Products should be returned in their original packaging.
4.For hygiene reasons, masks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return Charges

1.The first reverse pickup and exchange are free of charge.
2.Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of ₹200 for reverse pickup and delivery of the new item.
3.Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
4.For exchanges or credit notes where Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected for orders below ₹2999, an additional ₹90 COD charge will apply. This fee is payable by the customer. Prepaid exchanges will not have this COD charge.

Exchange Item/Credit Note Processing

1.Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
2.Upon approval, your exchange item or credit note will be processed. Credit notes will be sent to your registered email address.
3.Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request.
4.Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which can be redeemed for future purchases both online and in-store.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
